Can I buy both new and second-hand products?
Yes. Our catalog includes both new household linen (premium hotel quality) and second-hand household linen that has been carefully sorted, washed, and inspected. This allows you to equip your establishments or Airbnb rentals with linen adapted to your budget.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return your items (excluding second-hand linen, opened or washed products). Returns are handled via TNT, FedEx, or Mondial Relay to our warehouse in Neuilly-sur-Marne. Consult our return policy for more details.
